Join us for Happy Hour at 5PM - Happy Hour Drinks $4.00 well drinks, $1 off beer and $13 for a 1/2 carafe house wine.

Select one of the entrees below- All entrees are served with pasta and homemade bread and tossed salad.  Dinner is at 6PM

1 - Cost- $50.00 Tuscan chicken sauteed with garlic sun dried tomatoes and spinach in a creamy garlic alfredo sauce topped with mozzarella cheese and capellini

2. Cost - $50.00 Veal Sorrento lightly breaded fried cutlet topped with eggplant, marinara sauce and melted mozzarella with capelli

3 - Cost - $50.00  Shrimp Marinara sauteed tender shrimp over linguine in your choice of red marinara or white wine sauce

4 - Cost - $55.00 NY Strip steak with sauteed onions and mushroom and herb garlic butter or plain with baked potato and chef salad.

2019!!

January is Membership Dues Month

Black Hat Diamond Divas will be collected in the month of January.  Membership dues are $10.00 per year.  Please send your check in the amount of $10.00 to Linda Pflieger, 336 Shirlwood Drive, Schenectady, NY by January 30th, 2019. Once dues are in, I will be sending out a diamond diva membership roster.  Thank you Linnie

January 19th -Wretched Excess Party  Noon until 3 PM

Black Hat Casual Attire

What an interesting and fun way to begin the new year by removing excess from our closets and homes! Ade and Chucky are planning a Wretched Excess Party at Linnie Pflieger’s home at 336Shirlwood Drive, Schenectady, NY 12306.

Here’s how it works:  Each person attending brings up to five (5) items she no longer wants. Items can be clothing, shoes, accessories, jewelry, home goods, or red or black hat items. The items must be in good to excellent condition and usable; i.e. no junk!  We will have a lottery where each gal will draw the same number of tickets as the number of items she brought. Tickets will be numbered and gals will “shop” according to the numbers on their tickets.  Any leftover items will be donated to the Mohawk Opportunities Community Donation Table for the Homeless. 

Tea, tea sandwiches, and dessert will be served. Please RSVP to Ade or Chucky by January 5th so we know the headcount.

Dinner will include a plated sit down dinner, choice of Roast Beef or Chicken Marsala, tossed salad family style, potato and vegetable, rolls and butter, cheese and peperoni platter, Dessert, coffee or tea.

There will be 50/50, Raffles, Music and Dancing.

November 18^th-  

Chicks, mark your calendars for Sunday, November 18th from 12:30 to 3:00 pm.  Join Ade and Chucky for lunch at the Turf Tavern, 40 Mohawk Avenue, Scotia and an opportunity to celebrate something we all love—chocolate!  Red Hat Attire

After a buffet lunch there will be chocolate tastings and we’ll learn about all kinds of chocolate, including fair trade, organic, dark, and good old-fashioned milk chocolate. 

We’ll try chocolate made in our region, learn how chocolate is made, and decide what our favorites are.

Lunch will include two salads, chicken Parmesan, roast top sirloin of beef, chef choice of potato or rice, a vegetable, dessert, and coffee.  The all inclusive price is $30 per person.

October 23th- Halloween Party!!

The Sparkling Scarlets are having their annual Halloween Party at Professor Javas on Wolf Road in Albany and the Chicks are invited to attend.  This is always a fun evening so plan to attend wearing your favorite costume! Details are as follows

Where: Professor Java's Coffee Sanctuary
The Library Room

Time: 5:30pm-8pm

We will be ordering off the menu. 

There will be games, prizes, 50/50 and lots of laughs

October 30th - Halloween Party, We are planning a Chick lunch the day before Halloween.  We can wear our witch hats or comes completely dressed the part.  Some will want to just add a little "witch" to their red hats.  We will have favors, door prizes, good food and some laughs.
