We all wore our red, white and blue attire to honor the USA. We had a nice surprise after eating.  The band that was playing that event at the tavern came in to set up and played a few songs which were fun entertainment what we did not expect. Nice day was had by all that attended

August 1 and 2nd Garage Sale & Picnic at Shirley’s Home

Shirley was the nicest hostess having our chapter to her home for a summer picnic in her backyard.  We had time to do some shopping for garage sale finds.  Tina kept the sale in check and going as we did our scanning a good buy, we then enjoyed sitting on her deck and in her backyard enjoying a summer lunch.

One the thing that stood out the most that day was enjoying Shirley’s beautiful flowers and gardens.  All types of beautiful colors and flowers and hanging planters, all grown by seed by Shirley.  It certainly was a picnic in her garden.
